Buddy Greene
Most people haven’t heard of Buddy Greene, which is a shame because he’s such an incredibly talented artist! I first heard Buddy Greene’s music back in high school and my youth pastor asked to borrow the tape and then never gave it back (I’m still waiting for that tape Jerry!!!). Greene is a multi-talented musician – he’s an accomplished guitarist, plays a mean harmonica, and he’s also got a Vince Gill-ish voice. Just an FYI; he’s got kind of an annoying loop on his site that does not EVER stop, but just turn off your speakers and you’ll be okay. Well worth a visit.
Lots of good stuff on here; you’ll notice quite the bluegrass/twangy feel on most of his songs, which I’m totally into.
