Let me introduce myself…Jason Bean here.
Greetings everyone! My name is Jason Bean and I will be the new blogger on Christian Music Fan. Wendy Boswell has done a great job and will be focusing on some other activities.
I’m not new to b5media. I’m currently blogging at the Microsoft Weblog, Office 12 Watch, and Idol Stalker. But your biggest question may be what do I know about Christian music? I’ve spent my entire life in the church and have been listening to Christian music about that long. I lived in Nashville, TN and Franklin, TN after college. I have numerous friends who are musicians in the Nashville area and involved in the Christian music scene. My roommate in Franklin is a digital sound engineer and runs his own studio in Franklin now.
I’ve been to numerous contemporary Christian music concerts in my 31 years. Now that I’m blogging for this site, I’ll start attempting to go to more (after all I can deduct the ticket prices off my taxes since it’s for business right?).

Welcome, Jason!
My husband and I were in Nashville in January at the CBA Expo held at Opryland (Christian Booksellers Association.) I’ve done some writing for Thomas Nelson and Lifeway. Nashville seems like the place to be for publishing AND music.
