Sonfest 2007 at Mount Vernon Nazarene University
My alma mater is gearing up for their back to school concert festival, Sonfest 2007. This year they’re partnering with the SHOUTfest “LET THE WALLS FALL DOWN” tour. They’ve got another great line-up of bands on the docket:

- Building 429
- Pillar
- Everyday Sunday
- Seventh Day Slumber
- Article One
- Group 1 Crew
- StorySide B
- After Edmund
- Cali
- Lyrycyst
- Inhabited
- Nate Huss
- and other local acts
It’s a huge party on the campus of Mount Vernon Nazarene University. Plan to be there on Saturday, September 22nd, 2007. Along with the bands mentioned above on multiple stages, they also have fun games, festival food and plenty of giveaways.
Tickets will go on sale July 10 and are $15 in advance or $20 at the door the day of event. Groups of 10+ are $12 per ticket. Tickets can be purchased at itickets.com or the MVNU Heritage Bookstore.
I’ve got to plan on attending this year, it’s been 7 years since I’ve been on campus at my college and I miss the place. If you’re there, be sure and look me up, I’d love to talk to you.
