The song was written from the inspiration of dropping off his daughter at college. I’ve got two kids of my own, but nowhere near close for them to be dropped off to college. They’re just now starting elementary school.

SonFest 2006

Guess it’s just a concert schedule theme day eh?
If you’re in the cental Ohio area, be sure to stop by my old alma mater for their annual SonFest Music Festival. Located in Mount Vernon, OH at Mount Vernon Nazarene University, this year’s festival will take place on Saturday, September 23rd, from 12:00pm - 10:00pm.
